East Vancouver Character Home Renovation

This client owned a character home and was looking to update the 1950s kitchen and bathroom, as well as install a basement suite for a mortgage helper. We removed a wall that previously divided the kitchen and a cloak room, to expand the kitchen and dining area. Skylights were installed to bring in some natural light. The trim was chosen to match the existing character style in the rest of the house. A frameless glass shower was installed to maximize the small space in the bathroom.
