North Van Condo

This client resided in a high-rise with breathtaking panoramic views of Vancouver and Burrard Inlet, although the interior was notably outdated. Collaborating closely with a designer, a nautical theme was envisioned and brought to life. The renovation involved nearly gutting the space to the studs, and the removal of the dividing wall between the small kitchen and dining area created an expansive open-concept space. The ensuite bathroom features a shaded glass steam shower that opens into the master bedroom.
