North Vancouver Home Renovation and Secondary Suite

This client had recently purchased this home and wanted to install a secondary basement suite and open up the main floor. We removed several walls and rotated the existing staircase from facing the kitchen to facing the front entrance. This allowed for light to the main living areas and more flow to the space. All bathrooms were completely updated throughout the home. A secondary basement suite was installed with 2 bedrooms, new kitchen and bathroom, separate laundry and re-finished existing wood floors.
