North Vancouver Home Renovation and Deck

This 1960’s home had never been updated and it was the client’s dream to have a bright new kitchen that had a communal family space. We enclosed the existing ‘sunroom’ style kitchen while continuing to allow the natural light to enter the space. A new gas insert was installed into the existing wood burning fireplace and the large tiles were used to cover up the brickwork. The deck was completely rebuilt with glass railings.
